Annie and Gordon Lewis, 1991

Annie Lewis (1893-1993) and Gordon Lewis, her son. Annie Lewis was a native of Wolverhampton, England, and came to the United States after World War I. She described in detail her memories of the church, while her son Gordon also contributed to the interview, discussing his memories of Fathers Rocca and Wheatley and of being an acolyte in the 1930s. The interview was conducted by John Beatty and the late Anne Richards on 14 October 1991.
